VoicePrint Readers Honoured with Ontario Volunteer Service Awards

During a ceremony, and in the presence of numerous local dignitaries, four VoicePrint readers accepted Ontario Volunteer Service Awards at a special event in Scarborough, Ontario on Monday March 30th.

Fifteen-year veteran Milton Best led the way, and five-year vets Sue Foster, Melissa Ungar, and Frances Bates, followed close behind. Two other VoicePrint volunteers, Evelyn Hunt (15 years), and Diane Ulster (5 years), have also been granted the awards, but were unable to attend the ceremony.

The Ontario Volunteer Service Awards are granted annually to volunteers in recognition for their continuous years of commitment and service to an organization.
